Bookings are normally made from Saturday to Saturday. 

CHECK IN is from 2 p.m.

DEPARTURE by 10.00 a.m.

 

Prices are inclusive of linnen,gas, electricity, heating

Extras are 55 euros for the final cleaning and 200 euros bond  which will be refunded on departure

when the house has been checked.

 

A non refundable deposit of 25% is payable by cheque 3 weeks after your booking has been confirmed and the final balance is due for payment 3 weeks before your arrival.

 

The maximum number of guests allowed are 5.

We regret no animals and no smoking in the house.

Proprietors reserve the right to decline a let or to request immediate vacation of the house

should anyone not comply with  the conditions of hire or demonstrate any conduct detrimental
